We have 30 days withdrawal on all our products. It applies from the day you received your order. Upon return, the consumer is responsible for the shipping itself.
Please note that you as a consumer are responsible for ensuring that all products returned must be in original condition, including labels and packaging. If you have received a faulty product and want to complain, please follow the instructions below.
We do not make direct exchanges, but you can return the product you do not want and then place a new order for what you want. See below how to return a product.
To make a return, you need to do the following:
1. Make sure that the product is in its original condition. Then package the product and all its accessories in the mail order bag in which you received the item and close again with the second strip of glue.
2. You choose which postal agent you send the package with, and are responsible for the shipping cost.

We make a refund to the card you used at the time of purchase when we received the products.
It may take 2-10 days for the refund to arrive depending on which bank you use.

If you have received a defective product or something that is wrong with the delivery, you will contact us and we will help you in the best way.
What you need to do is send us an email with the information below:
- E-mail address used in the purchase
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product name
- Description of the problem
- Attach one or more pictures of the defective product
Our customer service will then make a decision based on the information we have received and contact you accordingly.
In the event of an approved complaint, the return is completely free of charge. Should an item turn out to be damaged for reasons other than production defects, the item will be sent back to the customer. Then there are double shipping costs that are charged to the customer.
We check our goods carefully before sending them to you to avoid situations like this.
You can cancel a purchase before we have sent your order. Contact our customer service as soon as possible after ordering. However, we can not guarantee that we will have time to handle your cancellation before the order has been sent.
