Our goal is for everything to go as smoothly as possible for you as a customer. Therefore, we put extra effort into giving you as much information as possible about all our products to avoid Exchanges & Returns. Should it be the case that you need to make an Exchange or a Return, you will find all the information you need down below. We have 30 days withdrawal on all our products. It applies from the day you received your order. Upon return, the consumer is responsible for the shipping itself.
Please note that you as a consumer are responsible for ensuring that all products returned must be in original condition, including labels and packaging. If you have received a faulty product and want to complain, please follow the instructions below.
We offer free size exchange. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and which size you want to change to, and we will send you an QR Code. Scan this code at your postal agent and they will print the return slip for you.
Observe that free exchanges is only for exchange or size. Other exchanges or returns that are sent will be sent back with extra fee for delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy with full right of return, calculated from your order date.
We currently do not offer free returns.
To make a return, you need to do the following:
1. Make sure that the product is in its original condition, has its label and is folded back in its small bag and of course in an unused condition without makeup stains. Then package the product in the mail order bag in which you received the item and close again with the second strip of glue. Leave a note in the bag that says "Return" with your order number.
2. You choose which postal agent you send the package with, and are responsible for the shipping cost.

If you register your package on the web, put the email firstname.lastname@example.org as our contact email.
We make a refund to the card you used at the time of purchase when we received the products.
It may take 2-10 days for the refund to arrive depending on which bank you use.
If you have received a defective product or something that is wrong with the delivery, you will contact us and we will help you in the best way.
What you need to do is send us an email with the information below:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the problem
- Attach one or more pictures of the defective product
Our customer service will then make a decision based on the information we have received and contact you accordingly.
You can cancel a purchase before we have sent your order. Contact our customer service as soon as possible after ordering. However, we can not guarantee that we will have time to handle your cancellation before the order has been sent.
