Exchanges & Returns
We offer free size exchange. To make an exchange, send your request HERE. We will send you a QR Code which you can scan at your postal agent and they will print the return slip for you. Observe that free exchanges is only for exchange of size of the same product. Other exchanges or returns will be sent back with an extra fee for shipping.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. It should not have any smell, dirt, makeup stains or anything else that makes it not possible to sell. Otherwise we will not approve the exchange.
The product should have its original hang tag and ziplock bag. Make sure that the product name on the hang tag and ziplock bag is the same as the product.
Fold the product the same way as you received it and package it in the mail order bag in which you received the item.
We have a 30-day return policy with full right of return, calculated from your order date.
We currently do not offer free returns. For returns within Sweden there is a return fee of 59 SEK for shipping and outside of Sweden a return fee of 8 EUR. We will deduct this fee from your refund.

A reclaim is possible if there is a fault when you received the item and before using it. Products that have been used are not eligible for a reclaim unless it's an apparent production issue.

Our customer service will make a decision based on the information we have received and contact you accordingly.
You can cancel a purchase before we have sent your order. Contact our customer service as soon as possible after ordering. However, we can not guarantee that we will have time to handle your cancellation before the order has been sent.
