Changed your mind? As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, distansavtalslagen 2005:59). The quickest way to let us know is the form below — no account or login needed. You will receive an email confirming we have received your request.

If you send your request before your order has been prepared for shipping, we will cancel it and refund you in full — there is nothing to send back. Our warehouse often begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed, so we cannot always stop an order in time. We review every request individually and email you personally with the outcome.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled here — but you can still return it after delivery by starting a return request on our Returns & Exchanges page.
