About Astani Wear — Swedish Premium Activewear Brand
Astani Wear is a Swedish premium activewear brand designing tights, sports bras, hoodies, shorts, and seamless tops for men and women — built for the gym, CrossFit, Hyrox, yoga, and everyday life. Every piece uses high-quality cotton, nylon, polyester, and spandex blends, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, engineered for four-way stretch, wicks sweat, and stays in shape. Designed in Sweden, manufactured at our partner factories in Portugal and China since our 2020 launch.
Astani Wear was founded in 2019 by Ali Samet, a former Swedish National Champion in Athletic Fitness and Men’s Physique. Years on the competition stage — and being sponsored by activewear brands himself — gave him an insider’s view of the industry, and what he saw didn’t match what was sold. Pants slipped during heavy sets, fabrics lacked the stretch his training demanded, and quality rarely matched the price. He spent two years building the alternative — premium materials, four-way stretch, durable construction, and a fit that flatters instead of fights you — before launching the first collection in July 2020.
Astani Wear is the synthesis of three things Ali built his life around: competitive fitness, healthy living, and a love of well-made clothing. The name was chosen for versatility, too — Astani isn’t a gym word, so the same logo sits naturally on tights, a hoodie, or a winter jacket. That’s the philosophy: high-performance gear you’d actually want to wear anywhere.

All Astani fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — independently tested for harmful substances. We use cotton, nylon, polyester, and spandex blends engineered for four-way stretch, wicks sweat, and stays in shape through heavy training and hundreds of washes.
Every product in our women’s collection is squat-tested before launch. Your tights stay solid under stretch and load — nothing shows through at full depth, where it matters most.
Our garments are produced at long-term partner factories in Portugal and China, where we have direct relationships with the production teams. Designed in Sweden, manufactured by the people who do this best.
Our warehouse is here in Sweden, and every order is packed by hand, with care, by our own team. We check each order before it goes out. Shipping from Sweden also keeps things quick — most orders in Sweden arrive in 1–3 days, and the rest of Europe shortly after.

Machine wash cold, inside out. Skip the fabric softener — it breaks down the spandex over time. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Following these steps keeps the four-way stretch and shape intact for hundreds of washes.
