For heavy lifting and Gym training, prioritize squat-proof Tights with medium compression and a fitted Sports Bra that won't shift. For CrossFit and high-intensity rounds, cropped athletic tops + high-support Sports Bras handle barbell drag and rope climbs. For Padel and racquet sports, breathable Performance Tees + squat-proof Tights or Shorts that stay put through lateral play. For Yoga and low-impact flows, Flared Tights with a softer cut + low- to medium-impact Sports Bras. For lifestyle days, oversize Tees and Hoodies layer over Scrunch or Flared Tights.

Most pieces run true to size. Tights have light-to-medium compression — true to size for fitted, one up for relaxed. Cropped tops sit at the natural waist; slim-fit tees track close to the body; oversized cuts run loose by design. Sports Bras: order by chest measurement.
