Match the bra to the session. Low-impact (light support) is built for Yoga, Pilates, stretching, and any movement where your feet stay on the floor. Medium-impact (firmer support) handles weight training, spinning, hiking, and most Gym sessions. High-impact (locked-in support) is the one for Running, Padel, CrossFit, HIIT, and anything with jumping or sprinting. When in doubt between levels, size up the impact — a high-impact bra is comfortable on a low-impact day; the reverse isn't true.
Halter-neck, spaghetti-strap, or crop — what's the difference?
