Yes — the 250 gsm fabric stays fully opaque through deep squats, lunges, and floor work, verified across all 5 colors (Black, Dark Brown, Blue, Pink, Green). The high-rise waistband stays in place mid-set.
How does BLISS Scrunch Tights compare to SENSE Scrunch Tights?
Both have the same 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex spec, the same ruched scrunch back, and the same no-front-seam construction. The difference is fabric character: BLISS is stretchier — it follows body lines more closely and feels like a second skin against the body. All orders over 700 SEK / 70 EUR have free shipping within Sweden. For orders under 700 SEK / 70 EUR, there will be a shipping cost of 49 SEK in Sweden. For shipping cost outside of Sweden check pricing on the checkout page.

Exchanges
We offer free size exchange. To make an exchange, send your request HERE. We will send you a return slip which you can use to send back your package. Observe that free exchanges is only for exchange of size of the same product. Other exchanges or returns will be sent back with an extra fee for shipping.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy with full right of return, calculated from your order date.
We currently do not offer free returns. For returns within Sweden there is a return fee of 69 SEK for shipping and outside of Sweden a return fee of 8 EUR. We will deduct this fee from your refund.
