Medium support — built for gym, walks, low-intensity exercise, and lifestyle wear. The four cross-back spaghetti straps distribute pressure across the upper back rather than concentrating it on the shoulders. Not designed for high-impact running.

Two things: the four-strap cross-back design (creating an open hollow pattern across the back for both visual statement and heat dissipation), and the highest Spandex content in the Astani sports-bra line (25% — vs 13% in PRECIOUS / HOLY / GLAM). The result is maximum stretch + maximum back breathability.

Gym training and low-intensity workouts first — the 25% Spandex content gives maximum stretch for full range through lifts and reps. Also hot studios, summer training, yoga, pilates, walks, and lifestyle wear where the four-strap back becomes part of the outfit. Pairs cleanly under low-back tops or as the statement layer over high-rise bottoms.

Machine wash cold (max 30 °C) with similar colors, hang dry — no tumble drying. Wash inside out to protect the four-strap cross-back. Skip the dryer to keep the high Spandex recovery.
